Duties:

The client's Advisor360 Technology organization is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join a new and growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for all facets of project management related to the delivery of technical solutions for a large complex strategic initiative.

The ideal candidate will know how to manage project lifecycles: waterfall, agile or mixes, have the ability to work with some ambiguity and is good at overall project management. It is essential that you like working with people and they like working with you. You care about where you work, the people with whom you work and the work you do.

Coordinate, plan, develop and implement moderate to complex projects and recommend appropriate strategies, actions, and/or alternatives for business decisions relative to the projects under area of responsibility.  Delegate to others the authority to lead specific functions of the project on a daily basis while maintaining full execution accountability.  Serve as a member of the Project Review Board.  Manage matrix team(s) and/or cross functional team(s), being responsible for the day-to-day execution, management, and reporting of the project, including managing resources, costs, scope and meeting deadlines according to plan.

Lead work stream/track for advisor facing application
-              Experience of insurance and electronic Order Entry Preferred
-              Strong exposure and coordination with our Order Entry supplier vendor – iPipeline
-              Moderate Technical Knowledge
-              Ability to coordinate and work with our business stakeholders
-              Provide updates to the overall IT Program Manager
-              Basic understanding of Agile Methodology
-              Ability to deal with moderate ambiguity, but has the soft skills to take initiative jump right in, think outside the box

Skills:

This candidate will be Readiness for the project

Manager is not looking for a Senior PM. Looking for 5-7 years experience.
