QA Testing Sr. Specialist 

Position Description

We are looking for a 6+ years experienced, skilled and energetic automation testing resource to join our team. As a member of our automation testing, you will be an active participant in the full development lifecycle; designing, implementing and maintaining solutions for the Mobile application.

Success in this role requires you to be a self-starter who initiates actions and follows up to get results; you must be conscientious with consistent attention to detail and quality and have a passion for being the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Analyzing assigned content development stories and creating supporting QA tasks

• Developing and executing QA test plans

• Identifying, obtaining and/or creating required IDs for QA testing

• Understanding business rules for customized web content

• Identifying and fulfilling opportunities for test automation

• Working with IT and Business organizations to perform integration, regression and acceptance testing.

• Partnering with development resources to resolve defects

• Supporting production content releases 

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

• Experience and proficiency with fundamental QA processes including test design and execution, positive and negative testing, functional testing and regression testing

• Automated testing experience, particularly with Selenium framework and Java

• Experience with mobile app and browser testing platforms like Perfecto and BrowserStack

• Familiarity with GIT and/or other version control systems

• Scrum/Agile training and experience

• Experience with Rally or other Application Lifecycle Management tools

• Content Management System (CMS) experience is preferred but not required

• Must have strong oral and written communications skills

• Must be able to work effectively and build relationships with others
