We are hiring a Recruiting Associate who will work with our talented recruiting team to source, screen and hire technical and non-technical professionals for Fast Switch and our clients.


  • Partner with our Recruiting and Sales teams to understand Fast Switch hiring needs.  Source candidates for Senior Recruiters based on that direction.
  • Manage full recruitment cycle for assigned hiring requirements.
  • Plan and execute creative and effective sourcing strategies, which may include but is not limited to, utilizing job board postings, internet searches, referral prospecting, job fairs and the Fast Switch Applicant Tracking System
  • Conduct thorough candidate screen to determine viability for client requirements.
  • Work with Fast Switch sales team to submit and hire candidates for our clients.
  • Ensures that all applicant resume and data are properly maintained in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned. 


Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Previous recruiting, interviewing, customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Strong candidate and client focus
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to self-manage
  • Good sense of humor
  • Desire to work hard
  • Extraordinary teamwork and multi-tasking skills a must
  • Strong desire and ability to build relationships with candidates
