Description:

ANALYSIS AND SOLUTION 

  • Assist in gathering and reporting of information, problem solving, reviewing and evaluating various reports, maintaining records and reports, providing support to internal team members. 
  • Assure compliance with the company’s policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory agency standards (US, EU and Japan, as needed). 
  • Identify compliance issues and work with appropriate our internal staff to identify and implement corrective actions. 
  • Perform access review to ensure various levels of access in the RWI environment is appropriate 

TECHNICAL 

  • Hands on experience working with the MS SharePoint tool 
  • Ensure that various appropriate infrastructure, data and tool elements, including documents, guides, manuals, policy documents, etc. are kept up to date and are available for end users. 
  • Assess risk of utilizing different services used by our RWI (Real World Informatics & Analytics) department (e.g. Hadoop, AmazonEMR, R, Qlik, SAS, FileExchange etc.) for real world data storage and analysis. 

HELP DESK MANAGEMENT 

  • Hands on experience working with the Fresh Service tool 
  • Triage and assign submitted tickets to appropriate resources 
  • Main POC for user access request – provide user provision guidance (i.e., next stepts, TPA), send training URLs, etc.) 
  • Perform liaison activities with contractors and managers to document TPA processes effectively. 
  • Collaborate with the business’s functional areas, including Information Systems, MS, and COMM Ops gathering needed information and communicates requirements. 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT 

  • Working knowledge of Clarizen project management tool to generate reports and track progress of all ongoing projects and activities in the RWI department. 
  • Provide guidance to RWI team in system development lifecycle (SDLC) process to comply with established company standard SDLC procedure determined by our regulatory affairs department. 
  • Prepare quality plan / project plan to validate each service used by end clients according to guidelines provided by our Regulatory Affairs department for real world data storage and analysis. 
  • Make contributions in the development of test plans and test scripts for projects (i.e., internal project intake tool upgrade), and also perform test execution as required. 
  • Assist in capturing User Requirement Specifications (URS), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and Trace Matrix for various projects within RWI environment. 
  • Review infrastructure qualification protocols and other qualification documentation as required. 
  • Manage TPA requirements and ensure they are stored in authorized systems. 
  • Assist team members in developing, documenting, and facilitating the user acceptance test plans to ensure fulfillment of requirements and successful project implementation. 
  • Prepare and maintain user reference guidelines and documentation. 

OTHER 

  • Identify business trends utilizing real world data through the TPA requests, and compile reports of the same and then provide to managers. 
  • Implement a comprehensive plan for each tasks and hold regular meetings to keep all interested parties updated of its progress. 
  • Create databases, forms, tables, spreadsheets, etc. to efficiently and accurately track assigned reports and/or tasks. 
  • Write and maintain detailed written procedures for all tasks performed. 
  • Manage all departmental training provisions related to data, systems and AWS cloud environment. 
  • Coordinate and conduct compliance and quality training for peer, other departments or external customers as assigned. 
  • Take input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately apply comments/feedback.
