Junior Data Analyst. We have an immediate contract need in Columbus, Ohio for a Junior Data Analyst to work within the Sales Operations department on supporting the sales organization with best-in-class customer data management. The role is to execute processes in support of effective customer data management that are actionable, repeatable, intelligent, and designed for constantly changing needs.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Actionable and intuitive reporting. Leverage best-in-class workflow and data management practices to ensure accurate and timely identification and standardization of key customer information.
  • Data infrastructure and management. Work with team members, IT and client partners to support flexible customer database construction.
  • Ad hoc request execution and management. Work with team members and manager to execute ad hoc data and reporting requests using a common platform.
  • Analytics operational development. Identify opportunities to work with the team developing new data sources and processes to address operational gaps.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Engineering or related technical field
  • At least 1 year of practical experience utilizing best-in-class business intelligence, data management and analytics methods.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Alteryx, R/Python, Power BI and Hadoop
  • Advanced business intelligence skills. Proficiency and application experience in data architecture, data visualization, and reporting.
  • Real-world analytical application experience. Exposure to and proficiency in a broad range of analytics methods and how to deploy them in real-world applications.
  • Attention to detail in execution. Gets into the weeds to fully understand the problem and can quickly identify errors and road blocks to achieving success.
  • Agile organization, planning, and execution. Proven track record of Agile approaches, organizing processes, creating plans, and executing at the highest levels.
  • Communication and relationship building skills. Excels in simply communicating complex topics to senior leaders and builds strong relationships easily.
