Senior App Dev IT Recruiter.  Fast Switch in Dublin, Ohio is seeking a Senior App Dev IT Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is fueled by connecting with others, and believes every hire makes a meaningful impact to our clients’ business goals!  We are in hyper-growth mode and are excited to take our recruiting efforts to the next level.  Responsibilities:
  • Recruit across multiple technologies and industries
  • Full-lifecycle recruitment from sourcing to on-boarding
  • Continually seek new ways to find talent, advertise and network open positions
  • Effectively communicate our clients' missions and cultures to prospective employees
  • Provide a seamless experience for our candidates throughout the interview process
  • Build relationships with account managers and develop deep understanding of the positions and client needs
  • Utilize the phone, internet, email, a variety of networking methods and a cutting edge applicant tracking system to source and evaluate candidates
  • Qualify candidates by conducting telephone and in-person interviews to obtain professional goals, work history, education, job skills and salary requirements
  • Submit candidates to account managers for client presentation
  • Provide coaching and advice to candidates throughout the interview process
  • Negotiate compensation packages in the best interest of the candidate and client
  • Complete appropriate reference checks on candidates to ensure authenticity of stated skills and experience
  • Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with active and passive candidates
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of sourcing and technical recruiting experience in an agency or start-up environment
  • Proven recruiting success, preferably contract-based within a fast-paced, growing company
  • Experience and success in sourcing and hiring employees at all levels and in a variety of locations
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with account managers and drive the recruiting process
  • Expert level interview skills
  • Highly organized and personable with a 'whatever-it-takes” attitude
  • A documented track record for achieving targeted objectives within a recruiting environment
  • A sales mentality and a sense of persistence and enthusiasm about overcoming obstacles and accomplishing goals
  • An outstanding ability to network and build relationships
  • Solid time management and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to change focus and adapt quickly
  • An outgoing personality with confidence to pick up a phone and establish relationships
  • A strong level of comfort with technology and an aptitude to learn more
  • A strong work ethic and an understanding of business ethics and integrity
  • The desire to be in a competitive but collaborative environment
