Our client in Fenton, Missouri is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst. 

1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Planning or Engineering Experience 

A. Lead SIOP (Sales-Operations-Inventory-Planning) initiatives through effective extraction, compilation and analysis of related data 
B. Responsible for developing demand profiles for major categories of finished goods and major after-market product to be utilized in master scheduling processes 
C. Analyze individual component SKUs for best replenishment methodology, e.g. Kanban, ROP, Min/Max, etc. 
D. Analyze individual SKUs for optimum inventory planning methodology 
E. Develop and lead forecasting effort for organization while coordinating with primary Eaton suppliers (Fayetteville, NC, Sumter, SC, Arecibo, PR, etc.) 
F. Analyze logistics data for all inbound, outbound standard and premium freight and report out on compliance with corporate initiatives 
G. Lead and support supplier process improvement/optimization projects related to SIOP 
H. Drives process standardization and leveraging of best practices 
I. Drive inventory DOH reduction and increase material velocity to positively impact P&L statement through data analysis of trends and patterns 
J. Support eMMAC, MAPICS, SAP and overall Business ERP/MRP systems 
K. Identify, manage, and share cost savings as well as best practice related to SIOP activities 
L. Coordinate with local, division and sector Supply Chain organizations (CDCA, PDOA, SCOE, ES-A) regarding vendor management and other Supply Chain initiatives 
M. Work with suppliers, external and internal, to achieve desired quality performance including the use of both CQM, DMR and WISPER 
N. Extract, analyze and report supplier performance data to include delivery and quality 
O. Item Master supply chain data maintenance and ownership 
P. Analyze data queries to support decision making based on purchasing patterns 
Q. Supervise the disposition of excess, obsolete and overstock material at each CMSC 
R. Participate in other Supply Chain and Operational Excellence events as necessary 

Position Criteria: 
• Knowledge of process improvement tools and techniques 
• Proficient in MS Office Suite 
• Vista, Mapics, Mentor, AS400 familiarity 
• Ability to manage multiple projects/programs simultaneously 
• Ability to work closely with internal suppliers to implement a wide array of project deliverables 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a key team player within a lean and nimble organization 
• Ability to plan and organize efficiently and independently 
• Exhibit strong project management and report-out skills 
• Highly motivated and results driven; possess strong Leadership Competencies; Outstanding oral and written communications skills; Outstanding customer service skills; Outstanding project implementation skills
