Technical Talent Sourcer.  If you are looking for an excellent opportunity to work in a fast paced technical staffing environment with passionate recruiters and account managers, we may have the position for you.  We are currently seeking a Technical Talent Sourcer in Dublin, Ohio that will be responsible for: 
  • Building ongoing candidate pipelines through research and internet searches utilizing multiple strategies including: cold calling, online databases, social media sites, Boolean searching on internet portals (Google, Yahoo!), job boards, contact lists, networking, employee referrals and industry specific user groups and professional technical associations.  
  • Develop an understanding of sourcing strategies for each role recruited.
  • Initial screening of candidates resumes against position criteria.
  • Initiate and conduct initial qualifying phone screens to determine candidates’ suitability for the role and obtain required information to pass along to the recruiters.
 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1-3 years of sourcing/recruiting passive candidates. 
  • Sourcing experience in both corporate and/or staffing agency setting preferred. 
  • Demonstrated experience and/or ability to learn innovative direct sourcing techniques with the ability to build and maintain a network of talent preferred. 
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a good phone manner and ability to build credible relations over the phone.
  • Good technical aptitude; ability to navigate multiple systems such as the Google platform and all social sourcing tools.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative nature: We are a fast-moving team and everyone needs to pull for each other, share best practices, and take on team projects to make the entire organization better.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches is highly desired
