Vendor Management Analyst Position Description:

The Vendor Management Analyst position will work with IT vendors and support business partners by managing contracts and billing, providing financial reporting and coordinating purchasing activities. This is a great opportunity for the right motivated person to make an immediate impact.

  • Coordinate and facilitate IT contract reviews
  • Manage and negotiate global and regional software renewals
  • Perform financial spend analysis and reporting
  • Process preferred vendor invoices and cost allocations
  • Manage remediation actions between internal customers and IT vendors
  • Manage IT Vendors to maximize operational and performance value
  • Identify opportunities for vendor rationalization and cost optimization

  • BA/BS in Business, IT, or Computer Science
  • Minimum 3 years IT Vendor Management or Business Analyst experience
  • Familiarity with a variety of IT Sourcing concepts and negotiations
  • Experience in financial planning
